    Declaration and Commitment

We, the undersigned, hereby declare and commit as follows:

    1. We approached Mr. David Mordechai of our own initiative to perform a bonding ceremony for us.

    2. We clearly understand, beyond any doubt, that this ceremony is not recognized as a marriage ceremony by the State or its authorities and does not permit any registration at the Ministry of Interior or other state authorities.

    3. We commit to marrying in a civil ceremony abroad within approximately two months after this ceremony and to registering at the Ministry of Interior. Alternatively, to make a partnership / property / common-law agreement with a lawyer.

    4. We received full guidance regarding everything related to performing this bonding ceremony. We fully understand its implications.

    5. We received an explanation regarding the legal and rabbinical situation in Israel, including our status, the rights of our shared children, property relations, alimony arrangements, and other matters related to the ceremony.

    6. We understand that to be registered as married at the Ministry of Interior, we may hold a civil marriage ceremony abroad and register it with the Population Registry.

    7. We understand that if we wish to marry in a Jewish wedding ceremony, both partners must be Jewish. If one is not considered Jewish, that partner will need to undergo conversion.

    8. We declare that the importance of a property agreement to protect our mutual rights was explained to us. It was clarified that the legal validity of such an agreement is not certain and that a court or tribunal may rule on a different interpretation.

    9. We declare that we were advised to consult our own lawyer for further clarification and legal advice suitable to our situation.

    10. We declare that all the details we have provided are true and complete.

    11. We declare that we do not and will not have any claim or demand of any kind against Mr. David Mordechai in connection with the service we received from him at our request.
